At Delancey Sports, we work to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day that our stores are open.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier.

  • Delays related to weather, carrier volume, or holidays may impact delivery times and are outside the control of Delancey Sports.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within Canada and the United States.

  • Oversized or heavy items may require additional handling time.

  • Certain oversized items cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

  • After your package has been transferred to the carrier, Delancey Sports is not responsible for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments.

  • If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Address Information

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Delancey Sports is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Delancey Sports.

  • Customers are responsible for purchasing their return shipping label and coordinating return logistics with their chosen carrier.

  • Return shipping charges are not included in any refunded amount.

  • All returns must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy and meet all eligibility requirements.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes. Refused packages will not be refunded.

Damaged Items During Shipment

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
