Refund policy
For your convenience, Delancey Sports offers a 10-DAY RETURN PERIOD for most in-store and online purchases. An original receipt is required. Refunds will be issued to the original form(s) of payment.
We will only accept returns or exchanges on items that are in original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed with all the original tags and packaging intact.
For online purchases, return shipping charges are not included in the return amount. Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and coordinating return shipping with a carrier. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes. Refused packages will not be refunded. Our Shipping Policy can be found here.
To initiate an online return, please email info@delanceysports.com with your order number. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide confirmation along with the return shipping address. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Our Return Policy does not apply to all items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on "THE OUTLET ZONE" clearance items, "THE SWAP" consignment items, "SALE" items, pre-order items, water toys or water sports items, gift cards, nutritional and food products, swimwear, underwear, undergarments, mouth guards, jock straps, masks, face coverings, or products that are worn or damaged. The aforementioned items are FINAL SALE.
A gift receipt is documentation of the purchase only and is not considered an original receipt. The gift receipt will help us determine the price the gift giver paid. Returns using a gift receipt will be applied to a MERCHANDISE CREDIT.
Delancey Sports reserves the right to change this Returns and Refunds Policy without notice to its customers, and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of such changes.
