Delancey Sports is Ontario cottage country's full-service sporting goods retailer.
We operate Delancey Sports (Haliburton), DelanSKI Sports (Sir Sam's), and Delancey Sports Club (Bracebridge).
We are born in New York, raised in cottage country.
Circumstances brought us to Haliburton in 2020. When we learned that the local sporting goods store in Haliburton was shutting down, we thought someone should step in to ensure the community has access to great sporting goods. That someone turned out to be us.
Delancey Sports is a homage to the intersection we lived at in New York City in March of 2020. In New York we lived at Suffolk and Delancey. We've named our home the Suffolk. Se we saw it fitting to call the store Delancey Sports.
As entrepreneurs, we love Ontario's cottage country and strive to bring something different to the area.
In 2023 we opened DelanSKI Sports at Sir Sam's ski hill. As avid skiers, it was one of the coolest projects for us to work on. Sir Sam's is an incredible hill that our family has grown to adore.
In the summer of 2024, we opened Delancey Sports in Bracebridge.
In 2025, we brought Delancey's Arcade to both Haliburton and Bracebridge. Delancey's Arcade is a first-of-its-kind destination with fun for everyone. Our family friendly sports-themed games include stand-up cabinets, an Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch, air hockey and more. With a $5 entry, and all games set to free play, it is fun for the whole family.
